| I'm sure that most of you in this section aren't looking to share but this location may make you reconsider! |
| I'm moving into a place September 1st that is too expensive for me to take on my own. On the plus side, though, it's got the nicest location in the city - on NW Marine - and fantastic views. It's a four-bedroom suite on the top floor of a house. I would take one of the extra rooms as an office and another is officially designated as storage. The office would also be available as a guest room for both of us and it may even be big enough to use as a second sitting room to allow a certain amount of separation. |
| I work at home so I would prefer someone who didn't also work at home - a professional or grad student, say. In fact, if you travel extensively I would be willing to discount the rent further. |
| I would pay higher rent for the extra use I would be getting. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom (shower only in that one but there are a total of 3 bathrooms so it shouldn't be an issue). |
| I'm a 40 year old man who is active outdoors but works early in the morning and so typically doesn't stay up late during the week. I will also likely be away regularly on the weekends. |
| There is room to store boats and you can walk them to the water (I have a canoe and windsurfer)! |
